Winter Storms Causing Power Outages

People still affected by the power outages from last weekend's ice storm in the upper Midwest and the Northeast are hunkered down with relatives, or staying warm with fireplaces and with space heaters powered by generators. And utility officials say it could be days before power is restored to everyone. About 140,000 homes and businesses are still without power in Michigan, Maine and eastern Canada.
