PG&E Celebrating 'Record Breaking Year'

PG&E is celebrating what they are calling a record breaking year. The San Francisco utility company says that it suffered fewer blackouts per customer during 2013 than in any other year. The average customer lost power just over one time last year. The company says it restored power faster as well with the average customer going without power for a total of 117 minutes.  PG&E reports the improved performance was partially due to the replacement of aging equipment.
