Sacramento Men Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison for Bank Fraud

SACRAMENTO --Two Sacramento men were sentenced to 4 years in prison for bank fraud.

In 2012, Glen Patrick Shoults and Jackie Lester Shoults III of Sacramento were sentenced to four years in prison for bank fraud.

The brothers stole the identities of US Postal Service customers and department store customers and committed credit card fraud.

Purchasing expensive items with stolen credit card numbers, the Shoults brothers returned the items for cash, credit and exchange. At times, the brothers used the credentials of co-defendant Kathleen S. Wade, a department store clerk. Wade has been convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and possessing stolen US Mail. Wade will be sentenced on Oct. 3.
