Red Meat Linked to Diabetes

A new study by researchers at the National University of Singapore indicates people who eat more red meat are at more risk of getting Type 2 diabetes than those who eat less.  The report, using data from three Harvard University studies, indicates that people who eat more than five servings of red meat per day have a 48 percent greater chance of developing Type 2 diabetes.
