Nevada Amber Alert Vehicle May Be Headed to Sacramento

SACRAMENTO -- The Nevada Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for two children who may be headed to, or already in, the Sacramento area, police said Friday.

KRNV, in Reno, reports 9-year-old Lillyanna Ramires was taken, along with her 3-year-old brother, Martin Angel Rosales.

Their non-custodial parents are accused of kidnapping the children. They left from the Elko area.

They were last seen on Wednesday, with the suspects inside a dark blue, late '80s or early '90s Ford Mustang with either a temporary plate, or Nebraska license plates.

The suspects are 34-year-old Martin Cisneras Rosales, also known as Martin Cisneros, and 30-year-old Amber Schenck.

Police are concerned because the older Martin Rosales is said to have violent tendencies when dealing with officers. A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son, KRNV said.

A court order was recently issued  to terminate parental custody.
